If we see somebody’s wounds, we can console him, but he may not show them to others than his friends….

The friends of Our Lord make themselves attractive by purifying themselves with  fasting and other penitential practices, expressing  meanwhile their  love for Him  frequently in prayers.

…    we sing no more Alleluja-s. Let us put them aside,  enveloping them in prayers and sacrifices so that they grow to be  truly beautiful  when they resound gain at Easter  AMDG!
